Level 5 Media Group offers complete system design services for any type of project. To provide you with the most reliable and highest standard designs, we will partner with marketing firms/agencies, architects, consultants, and system integrators to provide expert advice for any size job. We also provide complete equipment lists and support materials for all projects. We will help to make sure you create the WOW factor that only Dynamic Digital Signage can provide! Installation & Integration: We are your single source for configuring and installing every piece of your Digital Signage network. We have integration facilities in both Kansas City and Denver that allow us to easily pre-configure, pre-assemble and test your software and equipment prior to shipment. This allows for fast and easy installation at the client’s facility. Content Hosting: Through our two data centers in Kansas City and Denver, we have the facilities and expertise to make sure your hosted signage network is safe and secure. With redundant internet connections and power backup along with complete data backup systems, you can rely on Level 5 to keep your network up and running. Digital Signage Hosting (DSH) is priced on a per-player basis. Site Survey: This is usually the first step to a successful Digital Signage Network implementation. Our certified engineers will make a trip to your site to perform a survey and needs analysis where we will ascertain what functionality you would like to achieve with your signage project. This will include both current needs and future opportunities in order to make sure both the software and hardware can scale to the appropriate levels. We will use this information to provide the right product recommendation for your signage system. Support & Repair: Our technical services department can help resolve most software issues over the phone or via remote login. We take pride in our responsiveness and are committed to providing superior quality, service and repair pricing to our clients. Our engineers are fully trained and certified on Scala IC5; and on the hardware and networking side of the business our technicians have a broad array of experience with all of the platforms we provide. Level 5 Media Group Training: We offer a broad array of training services that enable you to manage and customize your signage application. Level 5 can provide training for all three pieces of the digital signage package which are the Content Manager, Designer and Player. From configuration to optimization, updating to troubleshooting, we have the training available to give you piece of mind. |
